Hoof Care
EquiLix contains a full, balanced hoof supplement including Biotin, Copper, Zinc, and Manganese. The only complaint I have about the products is I have to trim my horses more often and even then, I'm not complaining. Supplementing with all the building blocks for strong hooves makes all the difference.
Omega 3
EquiLix contains the 'Flax Factor' which boosts Omega 3s. Omega 3 is vital in reducing inflammation and making shiny coats.
How is it Made?
SweetPro tubs are made using distillers grains and solubles. This supplies our horses with complex carbohydrates for long term usable energy versus simple sugars in traditional mineral tubs.
How does it Help with Ulcers?
There are several factors that contribute to ulcers - feed being a major contributor. Our horses aren't designed to consume large volumes of high quality feedstuff. They evolved to be constantly eating low quality forages. With the introduction of riding and equine sports, our horses require more calories to maintain athletic performance and health. The problem with this is that we have to increase the quality and quantity of their feed, leading to a main cause of ulcers. Using Equilix or EquiPride can assist with reducing ulcers as it reduces the need for forage and concentrates by 25%. Horses have better absorption of nutrients on our products with the help of ProBiotein.
Do I Have to Keep it out of the Elements?
No! EquiLix is completely weather resistant. No matter the temperature or weather conditions, our tubs maintain their consistency so that your horses can continue getting the amount of EquiLix they need each day.
